03The MiR fleet

One fleet.
Every kind of move.

Four platforms, one navigation system and one fleet manager. Choose by payload and pickup type — everything else stays consistent.

Small footprint.
Big moves.

Agile and fast AMR that carries up to 250 kg through dynamic manufacturing environments.

Pallets.
In motion.

Moves pallets of up to 600 kg at speeds up to 2 m/sec.

Line-side delivery of components in dynamic production areas.

Customer example

DENSO — over 500,000 successful missions.

06Autonomous navigation

It doesn't
follow a path.
It finds one.

MiR robots build a map of the facility and plan their own route to a destination. When a forklift, a pallet or a colleague blocks the way, the robot recalculates and keeps moving — no tape, no wires, no fixed infrastructure.

07 — MiR Fleet

Every robot.
One system.

MiR Fleet manages and optimizes large, mixed AMR fleets in active production environments — mission planning, traffic control and fleet-level insights in one place.

what comes next.

It is simple to deploy different top modules. The module connects to the robot via accessible I/Os and four screws — so the same platform can serve a new workflow.

A shelf lift module picks up and carries existing shelving between zones.

12Deployment

From first route
to full fleet.

AMR deployment is incremental. Each step is provable before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Identify

    Find repetitive internal transportation.

  2. 02

    Simulate

    Map routes and workflows.

  3. 03

    Deploy

    Introduce the first MiR.

  4. 04

    Integrate

Connect doors, elevators, production systems and workflows.

  5. 05

    Scale

Manage multiple AMRs with MiR Fleet.

13Safety

Designed to move
around people.

The sensing architecture is what lets the robot share a floor with forklifts, carts and colleagues. 3D sensors detect pallet openings and anomalies, and the robot identifies and avoids workers, hazards and debris.
